Me and my husband will be celebrating our 1st year anniversary this month and part of my plan is to give him a romantic dinner at our own home. We just bought a new unit just a few months after the wedding and we have been renovating and designing it for a couple of months now. Just last week, we bought 4 paintings that gave life to the walls and I think that it was the final touch that makes our home come to life. Since we are done furnishing our home almost after a year, I think that it will be a great venue to celebrate our 1st year of marriage life and just enjoy what we have built from scratch. My only problem is that I do not know how to cook. I have been trying to learn since day one but cooking is really not my biggest strength. CUSTOM SIGNS – CREATE A SIGN
Creativity is one of the core values in our institution. Being in the academe where forming the heart and mind of the young is the primary goal, it is important they are given the chance to express themselves in an atmosphere of love and understanding. Part of my work is to animate different clubs and youth groups. One thing I asked them to do during the start of the school year is to create their group logo and signs. Their custom made signs should represent the nature and objective of the group. Students became so proud of what they have done; it gave them a sense of belonging and identity of the group. In fact, instead of calling it group logo they name it as family signs since they represent their group which is already an extension of their family. They find the activity really meaningful, that they decided to extend it to the school by coming up with personalized signs that could be placed all over the campus; signs for directions, office signs and even inspirational ones. The school administration was appreciative of what the students have done, because aside from the fact that it became an avenue for them to enhance their creativity; they have used it for a good cause of helping the school. This strengthened my belief that there is really a stream of potentials hidden in every person, especially in the young. All we need to give is an opportunity for them to bring it out and nurture it.

HELPFUL BABY GIFTS
The baptism of my niece is a few days away. I want to give her a gift that she and her parents can appreciate and be useful to them at the same time. So I tried to make a list of Baby Gifts that I can possible give to be able to come up with the best one possible.
First on my list are toys. Considering the fact that she is only a month old, I think it would be too early to buy her a toy and that it would take a few more months before she can play with it. So I then went on with the list. Next are baby clothes. I have not seen her since she was born, and from what I have heard she keeps on getting bigger and bigger. I am quite hesitant on what size of clothing I will buy because if I buy something that is too small, it will no longer be worn of I buy something in the right size, my niece will only use it for a short time since she is growing fast. I also listed down baby crib, strollers and high chair, but I suddenly found out that I am a little short on budget. So I just made a basket with diapers and formula milk that is good for a month. When I gave it to her parents, they really appreciated it. They can surely use it and it will also help them save some of their budget as well.
